Active onshore breezes blowing across the chilly waters of the Atlantic will keep temperatures far below the seasonal average along the coast from southern New England to Virginia. 5. Additionally, clouds will keep temperatures several degrees cooler than seasonal averages. 6. But increasing clouds and showers will keep day temperatures near or below normal. 7. But keeping the temperature of the institutional side of the business is one of the things we are trying to keep a handle on. 8.
