1.   Another troubling provision would allow the attorney general to indefinitely detain legal immigrants with only very limited court review.

2.   A federal District judge ruled Wednesday that the use of secret evidence of alleged terrorist connections to detain immigrants violated the due-process protections of the Constitution.
