1.   Health authorities are encouraged to arrange for the services which ethnic minority communities need and which reflect cultural differences.

2.   Mercy should be shown to the contrite, but the community needed to be reassured that the contrition was genuine.

3.   The education community urgently needs a new framework for local strategic planning and accountability.

4.   The entire community needs to work together to resolve the conflict rather than furthering the polarization that has developed.

5.   These are the places where any community needs to begin in rethinking schools.

6.   Yet these are the very people our community needs most, the teachers, nurses and health workers.

7.   And complacency is the last thing the cultural community needs.

8.   And communities need to change their perceptions, said Cary Quashen, president of ACTION, a nonprofit support group for teens and their parents.

9.   And too many faith communities fail to provide the strong moral leadership parents and communities need to meet their shared responsibilities to children.
