1.   Residents fear a relocation at Hydebank could lead to another attack with massive blast damage being caused to nearby homes.

2.   Blast damage was limited and no one has taken responsibility for the attacks.

3.   A month ago, some investigators thought that because parts of the tank showed no blast damage, it had not exploded.

4.   But that possibility was discounted after Goodyear technicians examined the tires, and again found no blast damage.

5.   But the reconstruction of the center fuel tank showed no major blast damage, so investigators envisioned a missile that did not detonate.

6.   Cargo bins were ruled out as a location of a bomb or the target of a missile when no blast damage was found there.

7.   Ton after ton came in, mangled, torn and full of holes, but none of it showed the telltale signs of blast damage.

8.   The blast damage blossomed out in a circle with chairs, table and umbrellas scattered in a jumble.

9.   The National Transportation Safety Board, which investigates fatal pipeline accidents, planned to interview survivors, detail the types of injuries and inspect blast damage.

10.   The United States will also assist the owners of neighboring buildings to repair their blast damage.
