1. Melt remaining butter in shallow flameproof dish, add apples and turn gently in butter until lightly browned. 2. Add apple and mix well. 3. Add apples and let cool while preparing soup. 4. Add apples. 5. Add remaining apples in a layer. 6. Add sliced apples and deglaze casserole with red wine vinegar. 7. Add apples, and tilt pan to spoon juices over them. 8. Add apples, tangerines, gourds, nuts, cinnamon sticks, autumn leaves or whatever goodies you can find. 9. Add apples, toss lightly and set aside. 10. Add the apple to the fat in the skillet and cook and toss over medium heat until the apples are just warm. |
