1.   Kline hopes that one wireless terminal for several customers would make his invention even cheaper to use.

2.   More than one home or business can be linked to a single wireless terminal because most power distribution systems use step-down transformers for clusters of homes or businesses.

3.   The phone signal is sent via the power lines to the wireless terminal, which in turn transmits it to other wireless terminals or to a base station.

4.   The wireless terminal is also connected to a power meter, so that energy use can be transmitted to a power company.

5.   Also included in the product launch was the PremiCell, a modular fixed wireless terminal.

6.   In addition to the freedom a wireless terminal provides, it also offers fast and reliable transmission of data, increased card use and reduced processing costs.
