1.   Before you can order a door, you will have to take some measurements of the well foundation.

2.   If the top surfaces of the well foundation are rough or uneven, install the foundation plates first.

3.   If you have a flat foundation, take an additional measurement, the height of the well foundation to the height of the opening in the house foundation.

4.   In your case, it is running across the surface and down the edge of the window well foundation, and coming up into the window well.

5.   Next examine the well foundation for defects like cracks, holes or crumbling masonry.

6.   This mounts directly onto the well foundation and to the adjacent house wall.
