1.   Ladle warmed sauce onto plates or a platter.

2.   Over medium-low heat, warm the sauce without boiling.

3.   Simply warm the sauce and use it to top the fish.

4.   The heat of the pasta and the pan is enough to warm the sauce.

5.   To warm sauce, set jar in a bowl of hot water and stir occasionally until sauce will flow smoothly when spooned over ice cream.

6.   Warm the sauce, check for seasoning and add a few drops of wine vinegar, if you wish.
