1.   After cooking, spread the warm candied nuts on lightly buttered cookie sheet.

2.   Divide the warm gooey nuts evenly over the oranges.

3.   Place scant cup warm nuts in bowl of food processor.

4.   Scrape into warm nut crust.

5.   Stir celery, cheese and honey into warm nut mixture.

6.   Thoroughly toss warm toasted nuts with spiced butter and serve warm.

7.   Thoroughly toss the warm toasted nuts with the spiced butter, and serve warm.

8.   Top with the whipped cream and pour the warm nut cream around.

9.   Vigorously rub the warm nuts in the towel until most of the skins are removed.
