1.   At the Babson School of Executive Education in Wellesley, director Stephen Flavin has relied on a blended program of virtual learning and real classroom instruction to teach executives.

2.   However, Ido have my reservations about virtual learning after observing recent developments in the local education sector.

3.   I am not against virtual learning.

4.   I have come across statements that say virtual learning produces equally good graduates as traditional universities and colleges do.

5.   That is, only those who are self-disciplined learners who can chart their own progress will earn their degrees through virtual learning.

6.   With the shortage of teachers and lecturers as well as the limited number of places in the tertiary educational institutions, virtual learning sure seems like a viable option.
