2.   In the flickering candlelight at Coup in New York City, the slab of grilled meat could have easily been a pork chop or a veal chop.

3.   The Creole-inspired menu features specialties such as turtle soup, grilled veal chop with cheesy grits and andouille crusted redfish.

4.   The meaty veal chop had little but bulk going for it, however.
