1.   Morgan, whose son had been a Cowboy, had allowed his property to be used for previous Cowboys outings.

2.   Saunders had a degree in psychiatry, but he was breaking the law by using residential property for the transaction of business.

3.   The George Square building was owned by the university which terminated the lease in order to use the property for a student hostel.

4.   It is essential for this purpose that the parties intend that the demised property should be used in some definite and particular manner.

5.   However, individuals may use the property for limited periods.

6.   Even if he dies within seven years no inheritance tax is payable provided the son broadly continues to use the property for agricultural purposes.

7.   If the donor dies within seven years there will still be no inheritance tax payable provided the son uses the property for a qualifying purpose.

8.   It is difficult, however, to see why water alone of the utilities should have the right to use private property without paying for it.

9.   And it permits those whose property was expropriated to sue in U.S. courts those companies now using that property.

10.   Another provision would allow American citizens whose property was confiscated by the Castro government to file suit in the United States against any foreign company using that property.
