1.   NuTek reportedly developed its own Mac-compatible ROM in a clean room using public documents.

2.   Takatlyan was charged with illegal weapons possession, bribery, entering the country illegally and using false documents.

3.   The documents may be used in evidence at the trial.

4.   The two officers, using false documents, attempted to leave New Zealand but were caught.

5.   They used forged documents to leave the country.

6.   The document will be used for determination of ownership.

7.   The first few documents will be used to create the initial model.

9.   There was no suggestion that an innocent recipient should be permitted to use the documents.
