1.   An undrafted rookie from Pepperdine, Brown was a standout at the Los Angeles Summer Pro League, where the Suns decided to sign him.

2.   An undrafted rookie free agent starting the opening exhibition game at a critical position, Engler will be getting his wish Saturday night in Baltimore.

3.   Another will be linebacker Aaron Collins, who was in camp last year as an undrafted rookie from Penn State before he was cut.

4.   At halftime James Williams was yanked and replaced at right corner by an undrafted rookie named Brent Alexander.

5.   Cunningham and Chris Boniol are the two undrafted rookies hanging on for a shot at the place-kicking job.

6.   Evans is an undrafted rookie.

7.   Every other starting role is virtually set, although the club is anxious to see how well undrafted rookie free-agent Kwamie Lassiter performs at weak safety.
