1.   Mel Reynolds of Illinois was tried and convicted of having sex with an underage campaign worker.

2.   Reynolds will have to watch the election from a prison cell, having been convicted in August of having sex with an underage campaign worker.

3.   But Reynolds, who was sentenced Thursday to five years in prison for having sex with an underage campaign worker, did not show up for House votes.

4.   The indictment charged Reynolds with having sex with Heard while she was an underage campaign worker and seeking obscene photos from her.
