1.   You need one of those whatsits to turn the bolt.

2.   The clamps are a little like an auto radiator hose clamp, tightened by turning a bolt.

3.   When you drill a hole and insert the bolt, then turn the bolt in place, it expands the sleeve and holds well in plaster or plasterboard walls.

4.   Without suitable restraints, astronauts would be unable to use their hands and arms in weightlessness to turn bolts, or raise and lower objects.
