1.   For exposed pipes, relocate the pipes away from the foundation and insulate them, every pipe, hot or cold, with foam tube insulation.

2.   It would not hurt to insulate any exposed pipes with foam tube insulation.

3.   Sometimes, areas are so cold that pipes freeze even insulated with the foam tube insulation.

4.   To prevent future dripping, insulate the pipes with foam tube insulation.
