1. A hot nonstick pan, a very thin spatula and patience are needed. 2. Insert a thin metal spatula between the salmon meat and the skin. 3. Slide a thin metal spatula under bars to loosen any sticky butterscotch layer from bottom of pan, then remove from baking pan. 4. Using a thin spatula, carefully move the cookies to ungreased baking sheets covered with parchment paper. 5. Using a thin metal spatula, transfer triangles to baking sheets, spacing them apart. 6. Using a thin spatula, carefully move cookies to ungreased baking sheets covered with kitchen parchment. 7. With thin spatula or knife, gently loosen edges. |
