1.   Allow the surface to dry, then paint with two coats of a good quality acrylic latex house paint recommended for use on aluminum siding.

2.   Allow the surface to dry overnight, then repeat the procedure with a new pad.

3.   Allow the surface to dry, than wipe it with a tack cloth to remove any dust.

4.   Rinse with clean water and allow the surface to dry completely.

5.   You want each surface to dry evenly for a uniform appearance.

6.   As with the fires on Borneo, it is a peat swamp fire, which smolders underground and reignites when the surface dries.
