1.   As it turns out, viewers will get a break as a handful of event movies and specials remain largely unchallenged by other major-event stunt programming.

2.   Look for stunt programming -- specials, movies, etc. -- to fill holes created by new-show weaklings.

3.   Network executives and producers agree that stunt programming has become more prevalent this year, a response to a more competitive environment.

4.   You might think that, with the February ratings sweep behind us, this Sunday would provide a quiet respite from stunt programming.
