1.   Roll stuffed peppers in flour to absorb any remaining moisture on pepper.

2.   Stuff each pepper carefully so as not to tear the flesh.

3.   Stuff each pepper half with cheese mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

4.   Use mixture to stuff peppers to top.
