1.   Divide the bread crumb mixture and stuff the cavity of each fish with the mixture.

2.   Or, stuff the cavities nearly full of wadded paper, then apply mortar to that to fill.

3.   Stuff cavity of each bird with of this mixture.

4.   Stuff cavity two-thirds full with your favorite stuffing.

5.   Stuff cavity with celery, garlic, onion, bell pepper and reserved lemon quarters.

6.   Stuff cavity of goose with seasoned vegetable mixture and tie legs together with kitchen twine.

7.   Stuff cavity of the chicken with the lime and bay leaves.

8.   Stuff cavity with quartered onions, oranges and apples.

9.   Stuff cavity of chicken with lemon, garlic and butter, if using.

10.   Stuff the cavity with the garlic, chiles and lemongrass.
