1.   Once accepted into the program, high school students complete a core sequence of applied academics and technology courses.

2.   Students must complete the course.

3.   Students complete projects for a personal tutor, working at home at their own pace.

4.   At Level Two students will complete a self assessment, taking into account their attitude and behaviours and the factors which currently affect their health and fitness.

5.   Diploma students will complete a more restricted project in June.

6.   Students complete six courses for the Diploma.

7.   Enrolment must be completed by students by the end of the first week of session.

8.   Students complete a research-based project in fourth year under individual staff supervision.
