1. At the same time, a weak ocean storm is drifting northward between Cape Hatteras and Bermuda. 2. A few potent storms will drift into Kansas and northern Texas. 3. A slow-moving storm will drift north from the Rio Grande Valley, resulting in widespread rain over Texas and Oklahoma. 4. Snow fell in parts of southeastern New England on Wednesday as a cold storm drifted north along the coast. 5. Some mountain storms will eventually drift over valleys. 6. Storms will then drift westward from mountains over Arizona and southern California. 7. Storms will drift east onto the high plains of South Dakota and Nebraska later Saturday and Saturday night. 8. The intense coastal storm will drift northeastward near Nova Scotia, but its circulation will keep most of New England blustery and damp. 9. The storm then drifted north toward Lufkin but got trapped between two high-pressure systems. 10. The storm has been drifting westward in the direction of Houston but forecasters believe it may turn and impact Louisiana. |
