1.   Curries, satays, steamed dumplings, Mongolian barbecue and sandwiches like Thai grilled chicken are served at the counters at lunchtime.

2.   For all anyone knows, some West Siders are still waiting for their pizzas and steamed dumplings.

3.   In addition to being served in soup, the dumplings were steamed, fried or boiled and served with a dipping sauce.

4.   The Chinese usually steam their dumplings or cook them in boiling water.

5.   Then, I stir-fried squid with garlic and chilies, and steamed the dumplings.
