1.   Get out some paper, start writing zeros, and do it, well, pretty much forever.

2.   Later he will go to the cabin and start writing.

3.   Or you can do the reverse, start writing and then view your work as a reorganizable outline.

4.   Start writing, which I do with a felt-tipped pen and a large yellow pad.

5.   Start writing letters as soon as you realize it may take a while to get the problem resolved.
