1.   An exception will be across central California, where a disturbance will bring clouds and spotty showers to the Sierra.

2.   Areas of dense fog with spotty showers and drizzle will prevail early Monday from the Middle Atlantic States to southern New England especially near the coast.

3.   As stream of moist air from the Gulf of Mexico is drawn northward, clouds will quickly increase while spotty showers develop.

4.   As the sun heats the ground and overlying atmosphere, vigorous currents of rising air will generate clouds and spotty showers, some of which will produce small hail.

5.   Behind the system, clouds will linger across parts of Oklahoma and northern Texas, with spotty showers and isolated thunder affecting a few areas.

6.   A boundary between humid and drier air will provide the focus for clouds and spotty showers in central New England on Saturday.

7.   A developing low pressure system will cause spotty afternoon showers across the Dakotas.

8.   A couple of these clouds could develop into spotty showers southeast of Lake Erie.

9.   A cool and moist air mass will spread into the Northwest, bringing spotty showers.

10.   A pocket of unusually chilly air will remain over the middle Mississippi Valley with plenty of clouds and spotty showers.
