1.   Rain will douse parts of the northern Middle Atlantic and southeast New England seaboards as steady onshore winds import Atlantic moisture.

2.   The circulation around the low will draw moisture inland, causing rain near the southeast seaboard.

3.   The exception will be the Southeast seaboard, where low pressure will affect coastal areas with isolated showers.

4.   Thunderstorms, some heavy, will erupt along the Southeast seaboard.
