1.   Remember that soil remains moist longer in plastic pots than in clay pots.

2.   Area soils remain at or near saturation and localized flooding is possible, as well as land or mud slides.

3.   Because the local soils remain saturated, flash flooding is a very real possibility.

4.   Soils remain near saturation from the past few days of rainfall and urban flooding is a good possibility.

5.   Soils remain saturated across the entire island and any significant accumulation of rain will cause flooding.

6.   Soils remain saturated and some minor urban flooding should be expected.

7.   Soil remains saturated, and flash flooding potential is high.

8.   There is little chance for any build-up of humus in such conditions, and the soil remains poor -- as in a rainforest.
