1.   Remove from the oven and slide the frittata onto a plate.

2.   Slide the frittata onto a dish for serving.

3.   When the eggs are no longer quivery, remove the skillet from the oven and slide the frittata onto a serving platter.

4.   When done, slide frittata onto a plate, sprinkle with bread crumbs and serve.
