1.   Slide cake onto a plate, top with another plate, invert the two plates, and return cake to pan.

2.   Slide cake onto wire rack to cool.

3.   Slide cakes, smooth side down, into hot pan.

4.   Slide cake onto a serving platter, dust with powdered sugar and slice.

5.   Slide the cake back into the skillet, browned side up.

6.   Slide the cake onto a platter.
