1.   - Grilled eggplant and tomato slices, shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves and olive tapenade.

2.   In times of a recession, bankruptcy or other dire financial predicament, we will allow our kibble to be garnished with shredded mozzarella.

3.   Just add shredded mozzarella when you bake the dough, and omit the greens.

4.   Serve with grated Parmesan or Romano, shredded mozzarella or sharp Cheddar or a crumble of blue cheese.

5.   Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.

6.   Spread greens on top of the baked crust and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

7.   Top with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella sauce.

8.   Top with the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheeses.

9.   You can vary the cheese to suit your taste -- shredded mozzarella, Jack, Cheddar, fontina, Swiss, Muenster or any combination that strikes your fancy.
