1. Fill a shallow pan with about half an inch of water. 2. Heat the oil in a wide shallow pan, put in the sliced onion, carrot, chopped celery and parsley stalks. 3. Pour the milk in another shallow pan and have a third pan at hand to put the pieces on. 4. Put roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. 5. Put the turkey in its wrappings in a shallow pan to catch any juices in the refrigerator. 6. Repeated insertion of a fork to its full length is all that is needed to break up shallow pans. 7. An alternative is to bake the poundcake in a shallow pan. 8. Another easy way to cook the fish is to poach it with just enough fish broth and butter to cover the bottom of a shallow pan. 9. Arrange half evenly in bottom of shallow baking pan. 10. Arrange tomatoes and onion in a large shallow baking pan. |
