1.   Serve the salmon on the lentils and sprinkle over the fresh chervil or dill and pink peppercorns.

2.   At home the salmon can be served on mixed greens for an appetizer, or with steamed asparagus or other vegetables as a main course.

3.   For a main course, perfectly cooked salmon is served on a plate dusted with spicy orange-based powder with a lovely citric sauce.
