1. All dishes are served with a choice of garlic bread, jacket potato, new potatoes or french fries. 2. Line serving dishes with the lettuce leaves and spoon the salad into centre. 3. Mix in the butter, season with salt and pepper and spoon into a warmed serving dish. 4. Place ribs in serving dish, garnished with spring onions and wedges of lemons. 5.
