1.   If found not guilty by reason of insanity, Salvi would be sent to a state mental hospital where his mental status would be reviewed annually.

2.   If found not guilty by reason of insanity, Salvi would be sent to a mental hospital until a judge found him sane.

3.   If found not guilty by reason of insanity, Salvi would be sent to a state mental hospital where his condition would be periodically reviewed.

4.   A soldier could face court martial if found posing with the rifle for a picture to send his family.
