1. After you wash and seed the peppers you can chop them. 2. Peel and seed the pepper. 3. Put seeded cascabel peppers in a blender and puree until smooth. 4. Seed the pepper. 5. Seed the peppers and cut into thin strips. 6. When cool enough to handle, peel and seed the pepper. 7. When they are cool enough to handle, peel and seed each pepper, then cut the peppers into julienne strips, keeping each color separate. |
