1.   Flemmi has apparently submitted a sealed affidavit stating that his FBI file, which was turned over to him for review, is not complete.

2.   Investigators would not say how or why Souaid came under suspicion, only that the case stemmed from a sealed affidavit.

3.   Since the beginning, the police investigation has been plagued by leaks, missing court documents, mysteriously vanishing computer files and an allegedly stolen sealed affidavit.

4.   The search warrant was secured under a sealed affidavit, meaning the circumstances were not being made public, Assistant U.S. Attorney Joel L. Violanti said.
