1.   The fix is to seal all seams in your ducts in the basement with duct tape.

2.   Another way to seal duct seams is with three-inch-wide fiberglass scrim tape.

3.   Bring ends of dough up together and seal seams well.

4.   Do not use the familiar gray duct tape to seal leaking seams, because the heat from the ducts will cause the tape to deteriorate.

5.   Fold each strip lengthwise toward the center, sealing the seam.

6.   Pack tightly and roll up egg roll-style, folding sides in and sealing seam with the egg wash.

7.   Seal the seam with the side of your hand.
