1.   Blend mayonnaise and seafood seasoning in medium bowl.

2.   Add seafood boil seasonings to taste and drop in fillets.

3.   Add the lemon juice, onion, seafood seasoning, hot pepper sauce and black pepper.

4.   Season with garlic powder, onion powder and seafood seasoning.

5.   The diner now sells peanuts flavored with Old Bay seafood seasoning.
