1. Gradually add olive oil, stopping processor often and scraping mixture inward. 2. Remove from skillet and scrape yolk mixture immediately over melted chocolate. 3. Scrape mixture into a medium mixing bowl. 4. Scrape mixture into a small bowl and fold in sour cream and heavy cream. 5. Scrape mixture into jellyroll pan, and smooth the top. 6. Scrape mixture into souffle dish and sprinkle with remaining corn kernels. 7. Scrape salt mixture off the fish, and sprinkle with ground mixture, lightly pressing into the flesh. 8. Scrape the mixture into a bowl. 9. Scrape mixture into a blender, and puree. 10. Scrape mixture into a serving bowl. |
