Scrape dough onto a piece of plastic wrap, pat it into a disk, and wrap it tightly. 6. Scrape dough onto a work surface lightly coated with flour. 7. Scrape the dough onto a sheet of wax paper and gather it into a ball. 8. Scrape the dough onto plastic wrap and use the wrap to press the dough into a thick, flat disk. |
