1.   Lawyers are expected in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia on Tuesday for a scheduling conference and possibly for discussion of matters relating to the defamation case.

2.   Paschke said Soler-Artekona was able to pocket money by scheduling fictitious conferences because no one else was supervising his use of funds.

3.   A scheduling conference is planned next week, Benedict said.

4.   The request could come during the scheduling conference.
