1. Cupertina features the most mouthwatering, beefy baked empanadas, brightened with minced scallion greens and heady overtones of cumin and paprika. 2. Most cooks garnish egg drop soup with sliced scallion greens, but I prefer something sweeter to complement the crab. 3. Scallion greens are a wonderful filling for the rolls. 4. Sprinkle scallion greens and remaining sesame seeds on top. 5. Sprinkle with the minced scallion greens, and serve immediately. 6.
