1.   For a little more flavor, saute the chicken in dark sesame oil.

2.   Heat oil in a heavy skillet with a lid and saute chicken gently a few minutes on each side, just to brown outside.

5.   Saute chicken until almost done.

6.   Saute the chicken in the oil until it is browned on both sides.

7.   Saute remaining chicken the same way.

8.   Saute the chicken in hot olive oil until golden brown on both sides.

9.   Spray the bottom of a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and saute the chicken a few minutes per side over medium heat until golden brown.
