1.   A sandwich roll of Italian-style yeasted bread.

2.   Put tray on buffet and place sandwich rolls nearby.

3.   Serve in split sandwich rolls or buns.

4.   Serve on top of greens and tomato slices on focaccia or large sandwich rolls and sprinkle with goat cheese.
