1.   Proteins are asymmetric in an absolute sense in that every copy of the polypeptide chain has the same orientation.

2.   It would be a mass burial, with one large hole and the remains laid out on the floor in the same orientation in which they were discovered.

3.   They have the same orientation.

4.   This is to ensure that the tree will be transplanted with the same orientation as at the original site.
