1.   The endoscopic concept of visible vessel includes several stages of the same lesion and even various types of lesions.

2.   In clinical infections, this is similar to the situation in cattle and the same lesions are present at necropsy.

3.   The same lesions have been found in large numbers of American coots, duck-like birds that migrate by the thousands to these lakes.

4.   Then there would be no question whether the X-ray radiologist and the ultrasound radiologist were looking at the same lesion.
