1.   Because of its purity, this salt dissolves rapidly and leaves no cloudiness in brines.

2.   Add more salt as the salt dissolves.

3.   Combine the wine, lemon juice and salt and stir until the salt dissolves.

4.   When warm, remove from the heat and stir in the rosemary, salt and cayenne pepper, stirring until the salt dissolves.
