1.   Allow the marinade to cool before combining it with the salad ingredients.

2.   Combine all salad ingredients in a medium, nonreactive bowl and mix well.

3.   For Salad, toss together all salad ingredients.

4.   Gently mix with salad ingredients and sprinkle chopped eggs on top.

5.   In a large bowl, combine cooked sugar snap peas and all remaining salad ingredients except coconut.

6.   Individual salad ingredients, from tatsoi to mizuna and giant red mustard are also available.

7.   Layer remaining salad ingredients on top of lettuce.

8.   Later, after clearing dishes, mix salad dressing with salad ingredients and serve.

9.   Mix dressing ingredients separately and pour over salad ingredients.

10.   Mustard, though, comes in many forms, and at least two, mizuna and Giant Red Asian, are perfect salad ingredients.
